The main motor of the heater drives the plunger oil pump, combustion supporting fan and atomizer to rotate. The oil pump sends the inhaled fuel to the atomizer through the oil delivery pipeline. The atomizer mixes the atomized fuel with the air inhaled by the combustion supporting fan in the main combustion chamber under the action of centrifugal force, which is ignited by the hot electric plug. After full combustion in the rear combustion chamber, it turns back and transfers the heat to the medium - coolant in the jacket interlayer through the inner wall of the jacket and the radiator above. After heating, the medium circulates in the whole pipeline system under the action of circulating water pump (or thermal convection) to achieve the purpose of heating. Exhaust gas from the heater is discharged from the smoke exhaust pipe.
Its working principle is to use the battery and fuel tank of the vehicle to supply power instantaneously and a small amount of fuel, and heat the engine circulating water through the heat generated by burning gasoline to make the engine hot start, while heating the cab.
